ABOUT THE BOOK
In the book author has tried to explain the dynamics of human rights in India. human rights is not only a constitutional word but it has a great role in day to day life of common man, it provides you knowledge to lead life with dignity. It has been discussed how now human rights supports each walk of life for dignified living. Rich or poor, high caste or dalit male or female all have equal human rights but unfortunately we are not able to provide uniform human rights, we are providing differential human rights, deprivatory human rights and discriminatory human rights this book will be useful for those who are interested in human rights, reseachers, legal practiceners, administrators, judiciary policy makers, NGO etc.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Prof. S. NARAYAN, International Ly Well Known Anthropologist, started his carrier from postgraduate department of anthropology of Ranchi University in the year 1968,then to ISRO(1973), Ansinha institute of Social Studies, Patna(1977) Member,Task force on Panchyati Raj, Govt of Bihar, Skdeychair professor member MGNREGA Govt. of India, RUSA GOI. etc presently special rapportuer NHRC he has done extensive research in tribal India, rural and urban India on various dimensions of Indian civilization, Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism and Sikhism, he has done extensive research on Gandhi and Gandhism, Naxalism and Maoism, Jharkhand movement prof. Narayan is also an activist in preserving promoting and providing human rights to common men he has also produced and directed Telifilms for Door darshan based on his research, he is considered pioneer in visual anthropology. he is on editorial board of various International/National research journal his books are 1. sacred complex of Deoghar 2.
